Ex- National Football League Player Antonio Brown Enters Innocent Plea in Murder Attempt Trial

Ex- NFL player Antonio Brown is traveling to Miami to confront an attempted murder allegation stemming from a shooting that happened in May, with his attorney submitting a innocent plea on his behalf.

Correctional logs in Essex, New Jersey, reveal that Brown was discharged on Tuesday early for his transfer to the state of Florida. Brown, a highly popular figures in the NFL, had waived transfer to Florida from New Jersey, where he was taken after being taken into custody in the city of Dubai.

Brown’s attorney, Mark Eiglarsh, said in an communication that he has previously filed a documented innocent declaration to the attempted murder charge. Brown could be in a Miami courtroom as early as Wednesday early for a release proceeding, Eiglarsh added.

According to his apprehension document, Brown is charged of seizing a firearm from a protection staffer after a star match bout in May and discharging two bullets at a person he had fought with earlier. In a 2021 season game with his team against the Jets, Brown stripped off his shirt, protective gear and handwear and ran off the field, causing his dismissal by the Buccaneers and effectively concluding his football career.

Brown, who had 12 years in the NFL, was an All-Pro receiver who passed most of his tenure with his team. During his time, Brown had 928 catches for more than 12,291 yards, the twenty-eighth highest of history. He was a multiple-time prestigious selection.
